Meet The Owner

Ingrid Loy - the heart behind it all

Nini's Treasures had been in business for 29 years before Ingrid purchased it in November of 2024 and continued the story. She worked in manufacturing and high technology for 20 years before beginning her career in higher education. She started teaching Marketing at her alma mater, West Liberty University, 8 years ago. She is a professor, an academic advisor for over 50 students, and the new owner of a local business loved by so many. 

It was a dream of Ingrid’s to own a boutique such as Nini’s, but she never imagined it would become her reality. She attributes this business venture to her husband, Chris. He encouraged her to pursue her dream with a simple, “Why not you?” Ingrid’s passion for marketing and small businesses in our local community made her the perfect fit for the brand. She has gotten to practice what she preaches in the classroom and loves every second of it. Her favorite part of owning a small business is developing meaningful connections with customers and helping them find the perfect gift. The community has welcomed her with open arms, and she is excited for the future of this business.
